Now, we understand the concept of attributed Agbara and unattributed Agabra. To be able to use attributed Agbara, one must be ready to study the law and the principles to which it is bound to. That is, one must not think he or she can use the technique of light without first studying numerous principles under it. Only after this may one be able to progress in the understanding of this law.
