"Ugh!" Bayo scoffed.
The attention that they were giving this fire creature was just over the top. Or did they forget that he was the one that survived the fight with a Mountainox?
'The key word is 'survived', Bayo. Not win the fight!" Yasmin spoke out of the blues, deliberately taunting Bayo.
'Oh really? Now you talk, Yasmin? Of all the times I may have needed you to talk, now you talk with the purpose of what? Rubbing it in my face that I was…'
'How about you may pay some little attention to the fight oncoming. Believe you me, you do not want to know how much power that Fieri packs.' Yasmin replied.
'Oh, really?' Bayo scrunched his face. 'If course, I want to. What is so big about that?. Yasmin, scan!'
Meanwhile, the fire on the body of the creature began to burn out, eventually fizzling out just enough to reveal the outline and form of it.
It was red, glistening red hot. The head was reptilian, almost lik
"Like I said, it was a mistake on your part in bringing me up here!" The lady with white, wavy crew cut hairstyle, blasts out pointing a finger of the right to the men before her.Her face is scowled and lips puckered up into a tight scowl. She has somewhat dark sin that contrasts against the white hair on her head. Her face is squarely, with rounded edges, having on it a broad, flat nose. Her eyes have purplish hues that outline them, drawing down in the shape of fangs only to end up just before the tip of the nose on her cheeks. She has a frock coat of blue, sleeveless, a black hoodie draped down over the back of her neck and a black jumpsuit beneath the frock coat that is all belted together by the black belt by her stomach. Her lean, naked arms have taut muscles on them having dowters of silver engraved on blue leather pads that are strung across the elbow inner bend by a white strip of cloth.(Dowters- Elbow pads)Her ghostl
The sound of running footsteps was rather negligible in relation to the loud echoes of cheers and hoorays from the entertainment frenzied crowd at the Amphitheatre. It split into the stillness of the eternal of Laprisha but to the Hadjans and Familiar who were racing towards it, it was rather soothing. And yet, in a way, it seemed to tell them of the urgency at which they were racing. If they delayed, the havoc that would have happened especially since Bayo was being made to undergo battles back after back. It was wrong.
The Laprisha Soul Beast Contest is one of the many wonders of the Second Heaven. The second heaven is rather abundant with so many materials that are of great demands in the Third Heavens, even up to the Fourth heavens in which the Irunmole Society dwell in. It owes this to the reason that it is close to the First Heaven where demons dwell. Although that is the first heaven and it is largely dominated by demons, the excess materials and abundance there cannot be overlooked. After all, some of Eledumare’s unique beast creations were cast in there after the rebellion by He who must not be mentioned. In this vein, only the demons or the civilized demons can
If anything happened to Bayo, her heart would sting. No, if that ever happened, she was unsure of what she would do. First, Bayo was kindhearted and caring, secondly, he was sticking it all for a friend and their lives as well. If anything did happen to him, she was not sure how she would live from that day ever. The Wolf of that time had now become a part of her that she was unwilling to leave. Bayo was important to her. She sighed, a feeling of warmness flushing right through her soul as a smile cut across her lips. To her, Bayo was an Icon. Not the Icon in the demon sense but an Icon in the fact that he was living an exemplary life.
"Yes, I would help you. Sure!" Tangera spoke, hastily trying to catch who with Ronke. It seemed as though Ronke was moving rather faster or so it seemed as she appeared to glide through the air."Ah, Air skin… That's a cheat!" Tangera moaned as she facepalmed. After a while of walking through the bunker, they came out to the open. This time, the scenery was quite different from the other place at the gate.Or so it seemed to Ronke. But it as rather the same except that there was no gate. Unknown to her, this was the same entrance the people who had business with the beasts and the management of the contest used to get to their wards and the meeting rooms. The entrance was spacious, lots of winding space before it. To the left of the bunker, as they walked out, was a wall of grey concrete rising for several meters high. The same went for the wall to the right side. And from the wall to the right, the crowd cheering could be heard
"Uh…" Ronke stood up straight, cocking her head to her. "Rerouting of the runic settings.""Yes… yes… yes!" Tangera clapped her hands rather excitedly. And as she did, Ronke frowned, tilting her head to see what was in the distance before her. Something was coming, the air molecule map in her mind was detecting something.Something she had no clue about."Look, if you are trying to.. urh…" Ronke said, distractedly as she strained her neck to see past the trainer Tangera. "To make a friend or spy on me, you should be direct and decisive on which one exactly." Ronke said and moved to the back of the Tangera."Uh…" Tangera frowned at her words. Just then, she quickly jerked around with a questioning frown as she stared at the Familiar. This Familiar lady was indeed smart. Another bar to add to her qualities. Not only was she mysterious and strange, she was also tactical and now, she was just so good as sniffin
If anyone had told Ronke that she would fly so fast and yet combine it with running almost immediately back then, she would have found that difficult to believe. Yet, she had boosted herself out of the view of a chattering Tangera, soaring into the air as free as a kite.It had taken its drain, eventually. Familiars could manipulate the elemental forces, not become one with them per say. This meant that, in as much as she could summon air currents and map out air disturbance in a molecular level, she could not carry it out for long.It was tasking. Especially when it came down to flying. The biology of the Familiars was not all that suited for flying. Either that or she was not that proficient in her air manipulationShe found the latter more agreeable because she had had to rely on her Earthen manipulation most of the time to deal damage, despite the fact that she was an Air Familiar.Still, after she had boosted her way for some distance, th
"You need to calm down, Hana!" Ronke called to her as she landed down, superhero style and jerked her head up, glaring at Shin."No… the idiot knocked me out! Just because I said I saw Commander Eno" She blasted out.Latest Chapter
