Asher pushed their plates aside, while Ryder continued nodding his head in satisfaction with the delicious meal Old Tian had prepared for them. The warm aroma of cooking still lingered in the air, making the atmosphere feel cozy and soothing .

Few minutes later. Asher was fully relaxed and felt it was time to pop the nuts, his eyes sparkling in excitement as he sat upright and turned his facing to Old Tian. "How have you been, Old Tian?" he asked, his voice filled with genuine concern.

Old Tian's face softened, as his mood suddenly went into sadness, hurt crept into his eyes. He looked down, his hands clasped together in his lap. "It's not been the same without you, Asher" he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Asher's heart swelled with emotion as he listened to Old Tian's words. He could feel the loneliness in the old man's voice, and it pained him to think that he could no longer stay back with him, but visit in his less schedule.
