There was a momentary silence before everyone burst into laughter.

“Pay for the shirt?”

“The young Miss of the Kent family is so nice. She just offered to forgive this man. He's so lucky.”

“I love her already! She has a magnanimous heart. She should just throw him into prison for his misconducts. Now, he knows his place and has lost his tongue.”

“Thirty seconds more,” Jake said coldly.
