Ryan was shocked at what had happened and seeing the riches which lay in front of him was something which made him so emotional, he knew he was from a rich family but he didn’t “Am I expected this to be so on seat impromptu?” Ryan asked as he looked around.

“Of course, you’ve got to be on your seat there is a lot to take over but first. (she did a double take at his dressing and he rolled his eyes) we need to take care of your appearance” his grandmother completed.

It didn’t take long for a female worker to come into the room where they stood and she was given instructions.

“This is my grandson, and I would want for you to make sure he has a total makeover, he has to be classy and has to look chic for the kind of lifestyle he now has, am I clear on that?” she said in a calm yet firm voice which screamed authority.

“Yes ma’am, sir, please this way,” the female said as she showed Ryan the way to the room he was expected to go to for his makeover.

It was all surreal and everything was moving too fast for him and split second he seemed to have forgotten the evil his wife had done to him earlier that day.

Who would have thought that he was going to have such a transition just moments after he had been beaten and thrown out of his workplace and watched his wife drive off with some other man?

After he had gone through the process of shaving and having to take out some new clean-cut Armani suites and whatnot, Ryan felt like he was on cloud nine and he would want to stay there forever. 

The taste of the power he felt just for the few moments of him having servants walk about asking him what it was he wanted was something he loved and he kind of enjoyed it too much than he had anticipated.

His grandmother was satisfied with his look and within the hour she ordered the chauffeur to drive them to the office when Ryan entered the office the kind of charisma and class he oozed from the way he stood made most of the female workers wet their pants as some began drooling.

He was introduced as the new CEO of the company and was going to begin his duties from this day onwards.

“Hello, everyone, my grandson here is your new CEO, and war betide you if you don’t follow his orders, you wouldn’t only have to deal with my wrath but with his too” his grandmother stated and almost immediately all the female workers who had second thoughts of seducing began to tremble and know where they were was a work arena and nothing more.

“As my grandmother said I won’t take any failures while on duty and if you should falter, then you would not be given as much as a second chance, have I made myself clear?” he roared and his deep baritone vocals vibrated and it even scared his grandmother who shook her head at the authority he was oozing she loved this and she tapped him on the shoulder.

“Ernestine,” Anita, Ryan’s grandmother called on the secretary and the young woman ran towards the old woman as fast as her legs could carry her.

“Yes, Mistress” she responded.

“Take my grandson with you and make sure to show him every nook and cranny of this building and Ryan, I would be at the board room I wish to finalize somethings,” Anita said as she left her grandson and Ernestine to have their tour.

The other workers were seemingly envious that Ernestine had to be the one called to show their new boss around, they felt she would receive special treatment after this.

Whilst going around and asking questions to ine to know each area and what each room was used for then his phone began vibrating in his pocket.

“This is just one of the companies you would be managing sir, we have a series of other companies spread across the country and even other countries that you would supervise sir when you are ready” Ernestine explained.

“Wow! You don’t say” Ryan responded in awe still.

“Yes sir, when you are finally ready we would take a month for you to visit them all” she assured.

“That’s okay, so please just excuse me while I take this call” he explained as he took the call his wife had been disturbing.

“Hello” Ryan answered the phone.

“Ryan where fuck are you? Why ain’t your home and why on earth is your stinking uncle at the house? You didn’t even cook food and where the hell are you?” she roared throughout the entire phone call.

“Good afternoon to you too Emilie and also why don’t you tell my uncle to call me on my cell phone just as you are doing right now? Plus girl, stay at home and enjoy the new life I have given you the freedom you’ve always wanted” Ryan responded irritably into the phone and dropped.

There was this kind of confidence that oozed out of him and he tried to regain his composure before he went back to have the tour with Ernestine.

Emilie was shocked at how Ryan had spoken to her, she still was in disbelief, she had somehow wanted him to beg her as always, to be the puppet she had made him to be because she knew he loved her so much.

“What the hell just happened?” she asked no one in particular as she stared at the number she had just called.

“That couldn’t be Ryan, no, he would never talk to me in that manner, never” she repeated and then took the phone and dialled the number but this time all the calls went to voicemail and he even went as far as turning off the phone.

Emilie was confused and perplexed she couldn’t imagine what it was she was facing from Ryan.

Was he high on some cheap drugs or what?

“Hey look here old man, I would no longer be wanting you at my house, your Nephew is not around and I can’t take care of you as I have places to go to so please leave, I can’t take care of beggars no more,” she said to Ryan’s uncle who had been seated on the scattered couch as it had been left the way it was since she had scattered it days ago.

Normally when she messed things up and insulted Ryan he arranged it and went as far as making food for her begging her not to be mad at him but something was aloof.

The old man left and sat outside as she stood by the window contemplating what had just happened.

“Sir, your grandmother just sent a message she says you would receive $3,000,000 monthly as an allowance,” Ernestine said as she looked at the work IPad.

“Oh Really!” Ryan asked trying hard not to sound too surprised at the amount he was receiving but inside he was a bubbly jelly.
