Chapter 14

Hansel continued to scream while trying to free the roots from his tightly binding legs. But alas, his efforts were in vain.

“Insolent! Damn root! I just have to go!” Hansel grumbled while slapping his feet in annoyance.

But the root was too strong for him to let go of, even he was on the verge of despair. When he was bored, the sound came again, disturbing his ears.

“Hansel! You won't be able to run from me! I will follow you wherever you go!” cried the wizard, George's voice that bounced through the air.

Hansel, who heard the voice, was immediately frightened because he felt he did not have strong magic.
