Aster Cruise and Witch's Forest

Chapter 1

Being a youtuber is the work of Aster, William, Audrey and Jeslyn.  Every day, they gather at Aster's house to talk about their content or places that are rarely seen.  Almost every week, they go around remote even uninhabited places.  Until one day, Aster found a place that he thought was interesting to create content from the internet.  He immediately gave the suggestion to his three friends to vacation there.

  "How about this week we take a vacation to this forest. I think it's interesting to make our content come alive," Aster said while showing a picture of the forest on his laptop to show his friends.

  Seeing the proposed image of Aster, his friends were silent for a moment after seeing the image that had been shown by him.  The three of them looked at each other and thought for a moment before William finally gave his opinion.

  "Aster, didn't you choose the wrong place? It looks very scary and the forest is so dark. I'm not sure if we will vacation in the forest," William said while glancing at his other friends.

  However, Aster's answer was different from William's opinion.  He still wanted to go to the forest regardless of his friend's opinion.

  "Of course this will be an interesting vacation for us. Instead, we should introduce the forest to many people so that everyone knows its existence," Aster said as he closed his laptop.

  Hearing Aster's explanation, finally all of his friends agreed with his opinion.  Tonight they also prepared everything including long-term food to be brought while they were in the forest.  Here they do not know the name of the forest.  It's just that on the internet it is written with the name witch forest.  In terms of this uniqueness, Aster's curiosity arose to keep taking his friends on vacation in the forest.

  After all the equipment was ready, they all got into Aster's car.  Before driving his car, Aster always told his friends to recheck their belongings if they left anything behind.

  "Aster, it looks like all the equipment is safe. We can go now," William said while patting Aster on the shoulder.

  "Okay, we start the journey tonight, dont forget to always monitor the GPS, William," Aster said to William as he started his car.

  Aster drives a car at a moderate speed while being accompanied by mint candy to make him not sleepy.  If he feels he is tired of driving, then he asks William for help to replace him.  The atmosphere in the car was very crowded because the music was quite loud.  Everyone in the car seemed happy even along the way they were singing.

The journey time did not feel like it had been five hours. The direction of the road shown on the GPS has indicated that the forest in question is getting closer. Likewise with the night that has turned into morning. Aster and William didn't sleep just because they wanted to get to the forest and focus on driving.

  Meanwhile, Jeslyn and Audrey were still asleep in their sleep even though the sun was already as high as a spear.

  "Willam, are you hungry? We'll pull over on the beach first. While waiting for Jeslyn and Audrey to wake up," because the trip from last night had not rested at all, Aster tried William to rest for a while while enjoying the beauty of the beach.

  "Okay, I happen to be very hungry. Let's get out of the car," William said, carrying his bag to take outside.

  They got out of the car and walked towards the big rock. Incidentally located not far from their car.

  "Let's just sit here. We'll just make breakfast sandwiches which are easy," said William, showing a tired face.

  "Yes, it can fill our stomachs. At least we're almost on our way to the witch's forest," Aster said as he handed a bottle of canned drink to William.

  While they were talking, Jeslyn and Audrey had already woken up. The two of them walked towards where they were sitting with a listless face.

  "Aster, William! Why did you guys leave us in the car alone. I'm afraid, are we there yet?" Jeslyn asked curiously.

  "Don't be a crybaby, be a woman, our car is also not far from our seats. Our destination is getting closer and it only takes half an hour to get there. Alright, you guys have breakfast first and then we continue this journey," replied Aster while laying down  her body on the soft beach sand.

  They laughed merrily and didn't forget to install cameras to keep them as mementos or as selling points for their content.

  After feeling a little less tired, then Aster invited his friends to continue the journey again so that they would soon arrive in the forest. With cheerful faces, they walked to the car and immediately got into it to immediately continue the journey again. Currently it is William's part driving the car. While Aster who shows the direction of the road. Currently their car has entered an area far from residential areas. In fact, there are no shops or people passing by with their vehicles.

  From here, William was hesitant to continue his journey but Aster always wanted to try to go to the forest.

  "Aster, we have entered the forest area. This alone is no signal, should we just go home? I'm afraid if we run out of fuel. There are absolutely no fuel or food vendors here. I didn't even see anyone passing by  , " William said as he looked around the street which seemed deserted and the further he drove the car, it seemed darker as night.

  "You must be scared, just say it. Anyway, I want to know what is called a witch's forest. I think we're almost there, the forest is up ahead. As in this photo," the answer from Aster was really surprising . He still wanted to enter the forest he first encountered.

  Finally the car arrived at the witch's forest. Conditions in the forest like a very dark night. So William turned on his car headlights. The tense atmosphere made the hairs goosebumps.

"I want to go home, I just want to go home," Jesslyn shouted, closing her eyes.

     "Don't shout jeslyn. This must be fun for our first experience. Surely our content will be more in demand," Audrey said with an excited tone to continue exploring the forest.

     The car that William was driving was getting further and further into the forest which finally arrived at many lush trees that did not allow the car to go into the forest further.  Finally, they all agreed to walk.

     They walked very carefully, while carrying flashlights.  However, when passing a large tree whose branches were loose, Audrey's face was crushed by the branches of the tree due to the wind.  Instantly he became angry and spoke harsh words.

     "Damn it! This tree branch needs to be removed. It's disturbing people walking," Audrey said as she pushed the branch away from her face.  But the branch gave off its power, could talk to him in an angry tone.

     "You disturb my sleep. Feel this, I will turn you into a rabbit, so you can shut up!"  The branch from the tree said while pointing at Audrey.

     Instantly all the trees turned into speech.  Jesslyn's fear continued to increase.  She always held the shoulder of Audrey who had been silent for a long time.  The sky turned darker than before.  Suddenly Jesslyn's hand was no longer holding Audrey's shoulder, but a white rabbit.  Jesslyn was surprised to see Audrey's body turned into a rabbit.

     "Audrey! Audrey! Why did you turn into a rabbit!"  Jesslyn tried to wipe the rabbit in her arms while shedding tears.

     After seeing this incident, Aster felt guilty.  He was just silent while thinking about returning Audrey's body to a normal human.

     "Jeslyn, I will find a way out of all this. Sorry. We have to enter this forest deeper to look for clues, I will be responsible for my proposal to stay on vacation in this forest," Aster tried to calm her down.  his own heart even though it was full of guilt.  and still wants to continue his journey through the forest to return Audrey to a normal human.
