Entry 51

“Are you sure we should be doing this?” Lincoln asked in a rather frightened tone as he walked with me, Reginald and Leah.

I pursed my lips as I softly replied. “You guys could always turn back now.”

“Not happening!” Came the unified response.

Even Lincoln joined in.

Hah, what am I do with these guys?

Currently we were in a procession headed for the Trial center where the excursion would be taking place and where my life could potentially be at risk.

Of course, there’s nothing that can be done to

avert what is to come and I am no coward to run away when faced with adversities!

I’m sure of it.

As long as I stay alert, there shouldn’t be any problems…I hope.

I glanced around as I noticed a gaze in my direction only to find myself staring back at Richard.

This was the first time since the time at the clinic that I had seen him.

Based on the look he had, I guess he hasn’t given up on me.

Give me a break!

You guys should leave me be!... I have a lot on my plate as is.
