That night, Maverick had a nightmare and he jolted awake, sweating and panting. He looked at the time and saw that it was just 2am in the morning. He looked around and then sighed.

He had dreamt that he watched his parents die again just the same way they had died before in his past life, and in the dream he could stop crying and blaming himself for their death. He woke up with the dame guilt hanging on his chest like it had actually happened.
