Maverick got on his feet and was breathing heavily and feeling exhausted as he watched the site of the explosion and the razing fire that was burning without remorse. There were no visible signs of the monster still being alive, he looked around and couldn't find anything.

Maverick wasn't the only one watching and searching, so were Exoda and Dominus. When Exoda was certain the monster was no more, she fell to the ground to sit on it in relief as she struggled to comfort herself because of her wounds.

Dominus just stood there watching as well with a lot on his mind. What plaques his mind was the mystery that is Maverick and how he was able to pull off the feats he saw him doing.

'Ordinarily, I had thought it was just Jiren who was hiding his abilities to stay away from the fighting and was just revealing them when he began clearing portals all on his own. But now what is it with Maverick? This was No doubt an S class monster, there is no way in hell he'd be able to stand
