Chapter 14: Submit to me

When the dust cleared up, Lu Zhen was still standing there like an insurmountable mountain. Elder Shi was in a sorry state. His white robes were torn, revealing his chest which had scars in it. "How could it be? What was that technique?" he asked. "It wasn't a technique old man. I don't need to use techniques to fight the likes of you, you're not qualified. I simply slashed out with my hand." said Lu Zhen. The elder's eyes were widened with astonishment, 'A simple hand gesture overcame my technique and even injured me?' is what the old man thought. 

Lu Zhen then started walking away. "Do you think this is your playground where you can come and go as you please?" a cold voice sounded out. A middle aged man clad in golden robes hovered in the air. "I don't like looking up to people and I don't like people looking down on me so why don't you get down for me." said Lu Zhen calmly. The middle aged man didn't mind his arrogance, after all, he had just defeated one of his core elders and the most experienced one at that. The man got to the ground and asked Lu Zhen why he had come here and why he had destroyed his Sect. Lu Zhen started explaining what transpired. As the two were talking, the Core Elders and Core Disciples jaws had dropped to the ground, 'The first elder was actually defeated?' is what surprised them. 'Is the Patriarch going to take action against that young man? Who exactly is he?' many questions popped in their heads.

"Now that you know everything, I'll be taking my leave." Lu Zhen then walked away. The so called Patriarch just stood there, he looked like he was deep in thoughts. And as Lu Zhen walked a few meters away, he decided to take action. 'Immortal Sealing Grand Formation'. This time, instead of chains, it was ink black hands that grabbed Lu Zhen and immediately after grabbing him, they'd turn into black tattoos that covered Lu Zhen's entire body. Before Lu Zhen could even take action, his power was already sealed. The array formation beneath him suddenly lit and he disappeared. 

The Patriarch then went to the forty nine elders and ten thousand disciples, he made a hand gesture and everyone felt darkness shrouding their eyes and fainted. He had erased all their memories of what had transpired here. 

The Patriarch then went to those who came later and told them that this was not to be spoken of and if any did, they'd be punished severely then disappeared. 

He stood in front of a dark cave and entered it, after walking for a while, there was a large whole in the ground that was very deep. He jumped inside and after falling for two hours, he reached the ground. There, a boy with tattoos all over was held by thick chains that kept absorbing his power. 

"If you release me now, I'll forgive you for this offense." it was Lu Zhen. The Patriarch coldly snorted before sending his power to the chains, the chains then started electrifying him. Lu Zhen's gaze became cold as he looked at the man. The man's hairs then stood on end for a moment before he increased the electrifying power. "Submit to me. Become my slave and I'll let you go, if you think I'm not qualified to be your master then you're wrong. I'm already in the Mortal Shedding Realm. I stand at the peak of this world." said the Patriarch, a deep voice full of arrogance sounded out, "You want me to submit to a cockroach like yourself, who stands at the peak of this puny world, pathetic! F*CK OFF!"

Days passed and everything returned to normal in the Sect. The Lu family thought that Lu Zhen was already a disciple of the Grand Inferno Sect but unfortunately, he wasn't a disciple but a captive of the Sect. The Patriarch was torturing him everyday in hope that he'd submit, after all, having a slave like Lu Zhen would be a huge accomplishments and would be accompanied by massive benefits.

Inside the underground cave, Lu Zhen's body was full of bruises and burn marks. This shows just how determined the Patriarch was. In fact, he was surprised by the durability of Lu Zhen's body. If refined, his body could create powerful weapons unfortunately it couldn't be cut, he had tried everything but still failed. 

"You will submit to me!" coldly said the Patriarch. 

Lin Zhenzhen was worried about Lu Zhen so she told her master about their relationship. Lin Zhenzhen was also a Core Disciples since she was accepted by a Core Elder. Her master  agreed to help her in the end but didn't promise anything. She was quite fond of Lin Zhenzhen and couldn't help but spoil her everyday. 

She then went to the Patriarch, "Big brother Yungxu, do you have a moment?" she and the Sect Leader were siblings. "Yanyu, why have you come here?" Yanyu then explained everything to him and he said he needed to think about it,  Elder Yanyu then left. An evil smile crept on Sect Leader Yungxu's face. "Surely this will make you bend." he said in a low voice that was filled with excitement. 

He then disappeared and appeared underground. "I won't submit to you, you piece of shit." Lu Zhen said. The Patriarch just smiled, he didn't care about Lu Zhen's cursing. 

"You must be in a good mood today, for you to not torture me after cursing you. Tell me, what happened?" Lu Zhen continued speaking, trying to make this guy spill the beans. An evil smile crept on the Sect Leader's face which made Lu Zhen feel uneasy. "I now know how to make you submit!" the Sect Leader laughed like a madman. 

Lu Zhen felt that something bad, something extremely bad was about to happen but he didn't know what and it worried him.
