As the lion's roar resounded throughout the whole world, the lion silhouette started changing its colour. Its pure white fur started turning black and its eyes also turned black. Its majestic and terrifying aura vanished. It was instead replaced by an evil, destructive and bloodthirsty aura. Certain changes also occurred in Lu Zhen's body. His skin was now pitch black like charcoal, his hands that of lion claws and his hair that fell to his hips was now crimson red. It looked as if it was a river of blood.

"For what you did to me, I'LL PAY IT BACK A THOUSAND TIMES. I'LL SHOW YOU WHAT TRUE DESPAIR IS!!!" shouted Lu Zhen coldly. Lu Zhen's appearance made him look like an Asura from hell and as if his message reached its targets.

In another world, an extremely handsome young man who was sitting cross legged, his aura was simply deeper than the ocean that it seemed like space would collapse any moment. He had two horns that were as long as a bucks and had inscriptions all over them. The young man then opened his eyes and a glow shot out from them resulting in the whole space collapsing. He looked surprised. " Who is it that is able to threaten my life? "  he said in a soft voice before opening a portal with his hands and vanishing.

Elsewhere.

A lady who was sleeping soundly on a bed. To even say she was beautiful would be an insult to her. Her looks were indescribable and incomparable. She had nine tails and fox-like ears. As she slept, her hairs suddenly stood on end as she woke up screaming "DON'T DO IT! " her body drenched with sweat as if someone had poured a bucket of cold water all over her body.

She stood up, looked around  to see if there's anything out of the ordinary. She then opened a portal and disappeared but  the scene she left behind was horrifying. Many men stood around where she slept, some without eyes, some without faces, ears. lips and even skin. They simply stood there as if dazed or in a dream of sorts without a care in the world.

In another place, with tall trees and mountains, beautiful flowers all over. Birds chirping and insects singing, it was like heaven and in this heaven, a white tiger with a  huge body that spanned for meters lazily sat there with its eyes closed.

It looked noble and majestic. Its aura was hidden but that didn't mean anyone should let their guard down. It simply sat there then suddenly opened its eyes, it's eyes were beautiful and seemed to contain stars within them. It stood up and slashed at the air with its paw and space distorted then disappeared.

Elsewhere, in a world, to be exact, this world looked like it was burning, it was engulfed in flames and the heat produced would turn anything into ashes in mere seconds.

Screeeech!

A gigantic bird engulfed in flames shot out. It seemed to light up the pitch black space. It only appeared for a moment before disappearing.

In the boundless void, a beast that was larger than many worlds, looked somewhat like a whale but had wings was swimming leisurely as if it was simply going in the direction its heart desired. It swam in the void for a while before it stopped and looked ata certain direction. It lightly flapped its huge wings before disappearing.

Back to where Lu Zhen was, the lion silhouette was still white but it now had black fur patches all over its body. The silhouette then slowly dissipated, Lu Zhen with his savage looks looked at the ten Sentient beasts then stuck out his hand and made a grabbing motion. The Sentient beasts felt that something was wrong with their bodies.

Crack!Crack! Crack!

They felt their bones cracking and started to resist but that formless power kept compressing their bodies.

Roar!

Since the beasts couldn't speak. They roared as if pleading for mercy but unfortunately for them. Lu Zhen was unperturbed as he softly said " Rejoice that it is I who is taking your lives. This is your greatest honour. DON'T RESIST. " The beasts stopped resisting and accepted their fates. It was as if Lu Zhen spoke the truth and his word was law.

The beasts continued to compress to seven orbs that flew towards Lu Zhen. " To think I was besieged for a mere technique.

"This 'mere' technique was a heaven defying technique because It was close to alchemy but also far off. This technique was called 'All Refining Origin technique ' It waa the Supreme White Lion's inborn technique and could refine  any medicine or any living organism into an orb of energy which contained no impurities and was helpful to one's cultivation. There were restrictions of course, if one was powerful enough, the technique wouldn't work and one might suffer from a backlash.

The Supreme White Lion was an existence that was born to bring harmony and prosperity to the universe but due to some mishaps, the other beasts coveted it's techniques. The wolf, ape and eagle had struggled with all their might and Lu Zhen chose to spare them.

" You are now my slaves, cultivate these. " three lights struck their foreheads "Don't disappoint me and when I come back, I want satisfactory results or else..." Lu Zhen's body had already returned to normal, he didn't need to continue his words for them to understand. He told them not to say anything and disappeared.

The three beasts also chose to leave and an hour after everything had calmed down. Terrifying figures descended to where everything had occurred. There was nothing out of place when they showed up as if this terrifying catastrophe didn't occur here. Lu also didn't leave any traces as if he was a professionally trained assassin that had been doing its job for countless years.

Arira City, once a lively and buzzing place had transformed into a desolate ghost town. Collapsed buildings, broken windows, potholes, dead plants and trees and the utter silence this place had. “Commander Leo, we've searched everywhere but there's nobody here, no survivors and no corpses, nothing alive, not even insects.” an armoured knight in gold reported to another golden armoured knight. On the armour was the Sun Crest and on the cape of the armour was the Lion Emblem. These knights were the Sun Knights of the Lionheart Order, a newly risen organisation after the disappearance of the Gods and it was the only Knight Order that currently existed. Wherever they went, the gentle golden light would follow, changing even the colour of the sky to golden, holiness oozed from every fibre of their beings.“I can smell the stench of the heretics, this is the work of those damned cultists, the Pupil Cult was behind this!” said Commander Leo in a cold and authoritative voice. “The Pupil Cu

Inside a large room with dozens of shelves placed in an orderly manner with numerous books inside these shelves, there was a small table in an inconspicuous corner where an old man sat and was reading an untitled book. There was a lantern placed on the table to provide light for the old man. This old man looked refined in his old model grey suit and a hat. He used a monocle as a reading tool. Whilst reading, a group of people suddenly appeared before him without any spatial riples or Mana fluctuations. The old man immediately became vigilant as he took out a sword from under his table.“Lights on.” said the old man and the whole room lit up, completely revealing the figures of the intruders. Clang! “It can't be…” muttered the old man as he dropped his sword with tears in his eyes. He himself dropped to his knees and crawled towards a certain individual within the group and bowed his head just inches away from the individual's feet. Amongst the group was a drop dead gorgeous woman a

  • Chapter 368: Delicacy

Neither the Empress nor the other Gods knew what the lion faced monster was saying but they could guess from the level of excitement it was showing. The monster then felt the gazes and looked up where there was a massive space crack with multiple powerful figures looking at it but the monster showed no fear. The monster only stared directly at the strongest figure amongst those looking at it, directly making eye contact with a God Empress, an entity beyond the Omniversal scale. What was even more shocking was that the figure suffered no damage from staring at a God. In the eyes of the monster, all he saw was blinding brilliance of milky gold, a cluster of particles that could bend reality if they so wished to do so. The Empress didn't back down from the challenge and also stared back at the absolute darkness that had taken roots in the eye sockets of the monster. The other Gods were also attracted by the darkness of the monster’s eyes as though something deep within was beckoning th

Rogers led Lady Red to the ship's interbottom where there was a cabin with numerous magic formations drawn on the cabin door. These magic formations moved around whilst perpetually rotating, an indication of always being active. “These are Concealment Magic Formation that…”“Open it,”Rogers nodded and took out wooden daggers with similar magic formations and stabbed them into the formations. After that, he twisted each dagger and once all of them were twisted, the cabin door slowly opened. The wooden daggers were the keys that opened the magic formation. Once open, Lady Red entered the cabin, followed by Rogers, Karjul and Jason. Inside the cabin was a simple bed, a table and a lantern. On the bed, there was a blue skinned figure cradling a baby on her arms. She had fins protruding from her elbows, bald head and down her spine. She also had large watery eyes, gills on her neck and small rectangular teeth. Her skin was smooth and moist, her chest bountiful with starfish acting as cl
