151. Kendrik's mansion

Aslan gaped at his family's mansion. It wasn't much bigger than his mansion in Palm Beach, just a little bigger.

What amazed Aslan was the ancient design of the mansion, like a royal or noble house in the old Victorian era. If the Stone family's house only had Victorian interiors, the Kendrik family mansion was like a kingdom inside and out.

Even the garden in front of the house felt very ancient and beautiful.

Aslan thought it was just the design of the house, even the servants who came to greet him were wearing old-fashioned servant uniforms and looked very attractive.

"Are they always dressed like that, Lucas?" Aslan asked. They were still in the car, not yet out.

Lucas gave Aslan a strange look, "Don't the waiters at Palm Beach wear uniforms too?" Lucas asked back.

"But the uniforms aren't that old-fashioned, they're modern, the uniforms the waiters wear here look old-fashioned and thick, don't they get hot? You know this is a tropical country, right?"
