34. Helping a boy

The atmosphere turned rather sinister as Lucas' expression suddenly changed, from warm and friendly to cold and sharp. Aslan knew he'd better get out of the way.

He quietly dragged his suitcase toward the room Hendry said he'd be staying in.

"I told you, didn't I? I don't like you insisting on meeting me like this, now you better go!"

Aslan closed the door to his room tightly, not wanting to hear their problems. Moreover, Lucas was so creepy, it was the first time Aslan had seen his brother like that. Well, Aslan was new to him anyway.

Aslan began to open his suitcase, replacing the uncomfortable clothes with casual clothes.

It was already around ten o'clock in the afternoon, Aslan was really hungry, especially since he wasn't in the mood to eat before. Lucas hadn't ordered any food for him either, because the woman had arrived.
