Ace, Don't Go To Bob's House

A private plane was waiting for Ace. Several of Ace's bodyguards were lined up neatly in a long line. They wore black suits and sunglasses.  

Then the man who was their boss walked over while fixing his rolex watch. Ace wore a black suit and pants, with a white shirt and gray tie with a checkered pattern. Not to forget, he was wearing square-shaped anti-radiation glasses. The glasses were a gift from Agnes. He still wears them today. 

Her suitcase was carried by the BodyGuard, and the bag containing important documents was held by Meghan. 

"You always look great with those glasses. You look more mature," Meghan said to Ace. Ace smiled in return. 

Meanwhile, Meghan wore a red shirt, with a black suit and short skirt. She also wore seven-centimeter high heels. 

They went up the stairs of the plane, and sat in the middle. While the front and rear benches were filled by the BodyGuard. They were ready to depart for the country of Torre Alta, with business development and revenge as their main objectives. 

The trip would take seven hours. Ace spent the first five hours working on the plane, and the rest sleeping. After all, he was a busy CEO. He had even gone without sleep for a day, and Meghan had always told Ace to take a break.  

But Ace never listened. He preferred to keep himself busy, because if he had any free time, he never stopped thinking about Dallen. According to Ace, that sucks.

So, when Meghan and the others saw Ace asleep, they were very happy. It meant Ace had gotten his rest. 

The last hour, before they arrived at Torre Alta Country, some BodyGuard whispered, asking Meghan many things. 

As the man with exotic skin and the biggest body approached Meghan. "What is she doing there? Is she working or sleeping?" The man asked Meghan while pointing to a special chair covered with black curtains. 

No one dared to approach Ace directly, so they asked Meghan a lot of questions. 

Meghan sighed, because there were so many questions. "Instead of asking me one by one, why don't the first person who already got the answer from me, then tell the others? Ugh, BodyGuard Ace is stupid," Meghan replied and closed her eyes.

'He's sleeping,' one of the colleagues told him. 

The two men smiled happily. Ace taking care of himself was a gift to them. 

Seven hours passed. They had arrived. Meghan went to Ace's seat, she saw that Ace was fast asleep. Actually, Meghan didn't have the heart to wake Ace up, but Ace told Meghan beforehand that he had to be woken up immediately when he arrived at Torre Alta.

Meghan patted Ace's shoulder and said, "We have arrived in the country of Torre Alta." 

It didn't take long to wake Ace up. He closed his eyes and opened them slowly. He wanted to take his tablet, but Meghan was quicker to grab it. 

"Let me carry your things. Please walk first." Inside the airplane, Meghan walked behind, then after getting off the stairs, Meghan walked next to Ace. 

Ace looked at the cloudy sky. He took a breath and let it out. The knot of his lips rose. The air of Torre Alta was still the same. The person he remembered from the moment his foot stepped into this country was Agnes. The beautiful image was blurred, however, when Meghan showed him the message that came in his posnel. The message was from Bob, Ace's friend for his revenge. 

Instantly Ace's gaze went cold. He forgot that he had come here to take revenge, with a plan that had been neatly packaged for seven years. 

"He said he was waiting for us at home. The car you ordered is ready. Let's go before it rains," Meghan said. 

But as soon as she mentioned the rain, it started. Meghan quickly took an umbrella from her bag. She used it to cover Ace's head, then Meghan covered his head with her leather bag.

Without looking Meghan in the eye, Ace grabbed Meghan's body to use the umbrella together. Meghan was very surprised. While walking, she kept looking at Ace's face. The glasses Agnes had given him were indeed perfect for Ace. Meghan's heart was beating very fast. Meghan blushed. 

Luckily, a black luxury car had arrived in front of their eyes. They were going to Bob's residence. This was the first time for Meghan to come to her birthplace after 30 years. While Ace has been for seven years. Both of them were amazed at the changes in this country, especially the city center, which was increasingly modern and had a luxurious impression. Many tall buildings have been constructed recently. The economy in this country is growing rapidly, having successfully managed its natural resources. No wonder Torre Alta is the country that buys the most AB Electronics products. They are very much in love with modern technology and high quality.

"Wow! I thought I'd never come here again in my life, after my mom got married again," Meghan said. 

Ace smiled. Back then, he also thought that he would never come to this country again, because Ace had a feeling that his business would not be successful. But reality said it all and Ace could do anything now. 

Speaking of revenge, Meghan once asked Ace why he didn't throw Dallen in jail or kill him outright. According to Meghan, that would have been easy for Ace who has a life now. But Ace's answer was short and amazing. Ace wanted Dallen to suffer. That was all. 

It turns out that Meghan understands that to make a bad person really suffer is to make him hurt a little, then add another hurt every day, until he really doesn't want to live.  

Drrt! Drrt!

Ace's cell phone rang. He immediately took the call. 

"What's up, Bob? I'm on the road, we're about to-"

"No, Ace. Don't come here yet. Dallen already knows this house. I've hidden the evidence, so you shouldn't come to my house yet. What if you go to a hotel? I'll call you after this."

Tut!

The phone hung up. Suddenly, Bob hung up. Ace thought that it was an emergency situation. But Ace wanted to know, why did Dallen know Bob's house? He thought. 

"What's wrong? Why did he say we can't go to his house? We're almost there," Meghan said as she looked at the map on her tablet. 

"Something must have happened," Ace said, rubbing his chin. "Turn around, we'll stay at the hotel for a while," he ordered his personal driver.

The driver made a U-turn, and Meghan told him the hotel they were going to. As for Ace, he kept thinking about what happened to Bob. First, Bob had said that Dallen never knew his house. Second, Bob looked very panicked, like he was under threat. Ace became suspicious when a voice was deliberately dropped. He also heard another man's voice. 

"Does he already know our plan?!" Ace suddenly surprised Meghan and Driver with his words.
