The room was layered in an atmosphere so tense that the thickness of it could be easily felt by the skin and could be cut through with a knife.

The horrible landlord, Mr. Isaac, says right beside Benjamin with his hands bound in handcuffs. He, along with the numerous protesters had been arrested by the police who arrived on the university campus a couple of hours ago. He was about to be taken along with everybody when the police received words from their superior.

According to the call, Principal Dice had called in a favor - he needed to talk to the old landlord before he was taken to the police station.

As for the rest of the protesters, the police were allowed to take them away first, and Mr. Isaac would be sent to join them behind bars later.

Now, the old man sat in his seat with a squared shoulder, worried that Benjamin would suddenly lunge and attack him. The seats they were occupying were not very far from each other.

The old man recalled Benjamin's gaze after watching his girl

Principal Dice pulled out a file contained within one of his shelves and retrieved a document, sliding it over the desk to Isaac Shawl.“Landlord Shawl, you should go through the content of this document.”The landlord frowned as he looked down through the document on the desk, unable to understand beyond his recognition of a few things.“Um, Sir…Principal Dice, I can't understand most of what is in this document. I, along with so many of my people, did not finish beyond the scope of middle school. I'm afraid you'll have to elaborate on this.”“Oh, alright.” Principal Dice nodded with a tight-lipped smile before pulling the document back toward him with two fingers.“Landlord Shawl, this document reveals that there was a heavy trace of chlorine trifluoride that indicates, at highest probability, to be the gas which was used to cause the explosion in the first place.”Principal Dice glanced up at the landlord. “Is that right?”Isaac Shawl's gaze shifted from side to side, his eyes refl

Isaac Shawl didn't know what to say. He had never expected that some kind of investigation, especially one that went this deep, was carried out. Back then, the influence of the Tyrone family had been utilized to bribe police stations in that vicinity from carrying out any investigation until they were ordered to do so by the Tyrone family. This was, of course, to make sure the public and, most importantly, the tenants who were being fooled to blame Benjamin for the explosion never found any evidence that would lead them away from the desired target.Isaac Shawl raised an eyebrow at Principal Dice.“What is this? Did you carry out an investigation behind my back or what?”Principal Dice feigned an innocent kind of confusion.“Huh? I didn't know I was supposed to get your permission to look into a case of arson.”Isaac Shawl was a little lost for words but he continued.“Yeah, but you're not a law enforcement agent either. [What's up, Hot stuff. I'm currently alone at my dorm. Get here as soon as you can, okay? I can't wait to have an amazing night with you. ]Benjamin Knox - a tall young man with a lean but well-toned build - stood right outside the dormitory of his girlfriend. He was currently in an excited state as he checked his cheap phone for the tenth time, reading the text message his lover had sent him earlier today.“Could Alexa possibly be talking about something entirely different? Am I misinterpreting this text?” Benjamin whispered his scepticism to himself, as he still couldn't believe this. Alexa, his girlfriend, had never invited him to her place before. More so, she has never agreed to have sex with him before. She wouldn't even agree to making their relationship public. Though Benjamin had never minded all that, believing that Alexa probably had her reasons. He had been willing to take care of her as best as he could, even giving her most of his salaries saved up from his several pa

“Fucking hell, Benjamin!” Alexa screamed as she and Andrew dashed for their discarded clothes to cover themselves. “Why the hell did you break into my apartment?! Do you have any idea how much of your salary it would take to fix that?!” Benjamin paid no mind to those words as he pointed at the entire scenery. “Is this why you sent a text? To see all these?” His voice was eerily low. Alexa had a confused expression. “What are you saying? I didn't send you a te….” She paused her words as a realisation crossed her mind. She stared at Benjamin as it became clear that she had accidentally sent her boyfriend a text which was never meant for him. It was meant for Andrew instead. Alexa and Andrew had actually agreed much earlier to meet at her dorm apartment. The text message she had then sent to Benjamin by mistake was supposed to be a reminder for Andrew. In the end, Andrew Tyrone came to her apartment as scheduled, but now, her mistake had led to her hidden affairs with Andrew being exp

As soon as these words were spoken, all the men in the crowd suddenly dashed after Benjamin, taking him down with brutal punches and kicks. This gave Alexa time to help Andrew up, and they watched with delight as Benjamin was being beaten to a bloody pulp. Minutes later, Benjamin was subdued, tied up by a rope like the lunatic he was being made out to be. These other students definitely wouldn't miss out on a golden opportunity to earn easy $5,000. Therefore, they felt no remorse for Benjamin's pitiful state. He was left struggling in futility to break free. Andrew, who was rubbing his bruised shoulder from the attack he endured, glared down hatefully at Benjamin who was now bound tightly on the ground. “Who do you think you are? You actually dared to lay your disgusting hands on me?!” He roared out at Benjamin with fury, before rushing over to stomp on Benjamin's chest. “Why don't you get up and fight me, you piece of garbage?! You can't, huh?! You think you're so strong, huh?! Why

Even more so, she felt the sturdy muscles that rippled beneath every movement of that body part, despite the thick layer of clothes Benjamin had on.This young man wasn't really incredibly handsome, he was incredibly fit as well. She accepted this considering the fact that Benjamin had held that muscular culprit by the neck with such incredible strength just a moment ago.Benjamin was oblivious to the secretary's state of mind, agreeing with her words for him to take this chance and leave.Benjamin turned to Olivia. “I think you should go stay with April.
