Caesar wasn’t angry with Benji’s response and only laughed. He had anticipated an answer like that from the start. And though he had displayed an astonishing performance, he had to agree with Benji that he, Caesar hadn’t gone all out. He understood what Benji’s response meant, making him more surprised that Benji could notice this. On the contrary, it was the audience that was left speechless by Benji’s words. In all they had watched now, Caesar hadn’t gone all out?

“You haven’t fought me before so how would you know?” Caesar laughed.

“It doesn’t matter. The fact remains what I said was true.”

Evan who still struggled to get up heard this conversation and immediately frowned. He too was aware that Caesar hadn’t gone all-out. In fact, if not for him using his one-time move so early, he would have fought it out with Caesar to the end. Now, he was feeling awkward being the loser and hearing his opponent clearly announce how unserious he was in the match he lost made him feel much worse.
