CHAPTER 6: THE NEW STUDENT

★★ A WEEK LATER ★★★

The college resumes today and it's been a peaceful days after the funeral. It's just like nothing happened, no one talk about the death crisis again but some were still saying it's Triple T and his gangs that caused but they dare not say it outside.

Sebestian is already doing well with his planning and Scarlett is not excluded.

"Carlos will be the one to drop you off at school, okay? " Sebestian said, applying lip gloss on Scarlett's lips as she button her top. She's going to be a student at Brooklyn College and she's starting today. It's one of her father's plan and she must carry it out.

"Please! Make sure you eat on time and they'll allow you eat because it's in your information that you're Polyphagia. Don't let anything distract you from eating please! " Sebestian said with a pleading look while Scarlett only smile and hug him.

Scarlett grew up to be always getting unconscious every slightest chance. It was always getting out of hand and that made Sebestian took her for check up and that was when he found out that Scarlett has Polyphagia. She's always having excessive hunger and whenever she doesn't eat on time, she gets dizzy and the doctor warned him that she must not get unconscious or she'll land in coma. So, since then, he's always making sure she's eating well. 

" I love you soooo f*cking much! " Sebestian said, smiling and Scarlett pecked his cheek.

"I love you too dad! Bye!!" She waved at him and went out with Carlos. Sebestian sighed out and slump on the couch staring at the ceiling.

★★ BROOKLYN COLLEGE ★★★

The professors are out already on their daily activities welcoming the students into the school as if in high school. Some students bow their head while entering while some just look at them without greeting at all.

The gate opened widely and like their usual thing, ten cars came in at once, trailing each other and the professors quickly bowed knowing who they are.

As soon as they drove in completely, Carlos car came next with another car at their back and the professors had a confused look on.

"Who's that?" A professor asked, staring at the car. They all divert their attention to the car and the second act open revealing three hefty men signifying them as a body guard. The three went to Carlos car and open up for Carlos and Scarlett.

It wasn't only the professors that was watching at the scene, the students were watching too including Triple T and co. 

When Scarlett got down from the car, every person who attend the funeral quickly remember her. When they're still thinking of who she is to Yvonne and now, she's here in Brooklyn College.

She remove her shade and use her hand to pack her hair backwards making everyone wow in total shock . "How can she be that beautiful?" A student asked and others hum, nodding gently.

Scarlett breathe out and Carlos smile at her. The Vice Chancellor fasten his step and walk quickly to where they are. "Good morning Mr. Harper!" The V. Chancellor greeted and Carlos nodded in reply.

"Please, let's go to my office!" The V. C said and he nodded again. The V. C led the way and they followed him. 

"OMG! this is another new week and it's a new week with a new friend, I'm in love with her already, I just hope she's in DM." Sandra, the school broadcaster said, grinning as she take a video of herself.

Everybody starts talking about Scarlett and that made Carina and Hannah hissed out loudly, they just hope she's not another Yvonne or else they'll be the one to kill her. 

Hannah look at Triple T direction and that was when she knew that he's gone and she quickly drag her Carina as they walk into the Dramaturgy Major.

"I just hope that b*tch is not going to be in this Major." Carina said, already fuming and Hannah pat her back with a wide smile. They sat beside each other in front of Triple T and Aaron.

★★★ THE V. C'S OFFICE

"I'm so happy you chose Brooklyn College, you really made a great choice and I guarantee you'll never regret it. " The V. C said, smiling. 

" I hope so! " Scarlett muttered and The V. C cleared his throat. " So, about what we talk about, what are the things you're gon'be contributing to the growth of the school. " Raymond, the V. C asked, smiling widely. 

"It's in the file, check it out!" Carlos replied, nudging his head at the file in front of the V. C. Raymond quickly opened it and check the file. His eyes continue widen as he went through it, he couldn't believe that in this lifetime, someone could actually contribute a whole lot of money.

He saw a sheet of paper and he took it out, it contain a few words. He smile as he read it out. "Giving you this didn't do me anything and securing my baeby from any scandal shouldn't do you anything too!" He read out and bow countlessly before raising his head up.

" You're Polyphagia?" He asked, staying at Scarlett. "Didn't it say it there?" She questioned back and Raymond swallowed nothing down his throat. When he's thinking she'll be just an easy thing to deal with and here she is,giving him the cold shoulders.

"I'm really sorry, you should be eating now right? C'mon! You're free to eat." He said and Scarlett hissed. "Is there no professor that's heading the Dramaturgy Major? I wanna go to class already." Scarlett said and Carlos sighed. Even God knows all this things are so boring to him, he just wanna leave this hell hole and go home.

How can a school be this big and they still ask for contribution from parents, the school itself is suspicious.

A professor came into Raymond's office and he smiled. "That's your homeroom professor, meet professor Olivia!" Raymond introduce and like he's just saying it to nobody, Scarlett stood and left the office with Olivia quickly following her.

Carlos stood and adjust his suit. He shook hands with Raymond and like that, he left too. 

Raymond grinned widely as he take another glance at the file. "I'm ready to go buy food for her every minute." He said, shamelessly with a grin that's not ready to leave his lips.
