Anna observed Travis and Devon as they entered the restaurant, a somewhat strained smile gracing her features.

As they approached her, she couldn't help but let out a somewhat awkward chuckle, her attempt at concealing her surprise, "I didn't know Devon would be here too."

Devon, understanding the underlying tension, gave her a knowing look and gently shook his head. He proceeded to take a seat across from her.

However, just as Travis was about to sit down beside Devon, Anna interjected, her tone suggestive, "Why don't you sit beside me instead?"

Both Travis and Devon exchanged bemused glances at her in response to her remark. Devon, unperturbed, quipped, "What's so special about the chair beside you, Anna? Let's not make a fuss, Travis, so just sit."

Clearly irritated by Devon, Anna huffily took her own seat, though reluctantly. Travis followed suit, sensing the unspoken tension between Anna and Devon.
