Truth Revealed

Elena had never entered the lab.

The whole lab was out of electricity, but somehow it did not affect the lab. She was awed by the technology she saw.

It was like something out of a sci-fi movie.

She saw a device suspended in the air and blue ring of light around it. She wondered what science was behind it.

For some reason she wished she hadn’t picked the medical aspect. Maybe, just maybe she would have focused more on physics and mechanics.

She lifted her hands to feel it when Ajax’s voice stopped her.

“Don’t touch anything.” He was walking towards them. “If you do, Nicholas would find out someone was in here.”

“And if we don’t leave right now, Nicholas will find out we were here. In fact he would catch us here red handed.” Raphael exclaimed in frustration.

“What is he talking about?” Ajax asked turning to Elena.

“We have to go. Nicholas is on his way here.”

“Shit!” Ajax cursed. “I don’t know what to take that he would not find out.” He paused as a black object caught his eyes.
