Chapter thirty-six: Red light.“The plan is a go,” Mike said with a smile on his face as usual. Manson looked at him. Manson finished washing his hands and he stood upright and asked “Are you sure?”. He was surprised by the police commissioner Reynold's urgent request to see him. “Sir, I don't know if I will say, yes, it is well or no it's not well because the situation is confusing,” police commissioner Reynold said. Chapter: the findings. Officer Joe noticed something suspicious, so he decided to take a picture of Rose Royce's plate number as it drove off. After taking the picture, reviewed it, making sure it was okay.
