He was dumbfounded about it. But there was really nothing to say about it. It was what it was and Lekan could not bring himself to default it. Not when he knew what was at stake.

When he first had the inkling to come to the bureau, he had the idea of coming to check if his system was indeed defective. On getting here, that seemed to be the least of his concerns. He had not bothered to even get on with it. What disturbed him was the rate at which blackmail was used in this palace.
