Chapter 330: The Last Living God

Sun shone brightly over the open grass field. It was a good time to have some rest during the harsh day. However, the field was too noisy and busy for that. 

“Continue running! The last team to get here will get less meat in the meal.”

Helen watched the soldiers carry the wood logs on their shoulders and run as a team. 

Every team had dwarfs, so all the taller people had to keep their phase slow. 

Leaving a member behind means they all had to start again. If one fell, others had to help the fallen member to get to the end. They all had to finish together, and losing to the other teams was not an option. 

“They will lose their meal, Grandma. Can’t you let them go easily?”
