A Twist

Alves was standing at the front of the hotel. He had just turned to look at the name of the hotel. There was an indication and tag imprinted in the top of the protruding part of the building. It read, Eagle's Crest Hotel and Suite.

Alves couldn't believe his eyes at first glance. He blinked his eyes to be sure that he was seeing right. When he discovered that he was in his right mind, he pushed his head to the side.

"Eagles Crest."

He muttered. It was obvious that he was still having a hard time believing what he had just seen.

"This Hotel?"

He kept on pruning the thoughts like a gardener. There was a certain memory surfacing. And he looked to want to hold unto the memory for a while.

His eyes and attention were spent on the inscription in the building.

Then the memory which had suddenly been picked started to sketch a brighter picture in his mind.

About three years ago, he had traced someone to this hotel. He had meant to walk through the door and confirm where the person he was
