Alves didn't have the luxury for honorific at that moment. He was in the limo, been driven to the Huthi Farmland. He had thrown his inquisitive gaze at Manuel who looked quite shook.

"I'm sorry I held it back from you. But I thought we already agreed in the contract that the Farmland would be at my mercy."

Even though Manuel knew he was in the wrong, yet he knew too well to keep the stance. He was a man who knew his right and would stand by it irrespective of the situation.

Alves understood that too. He didn't want to abuse his position. And also, truth be told, he didn't really go through the contract. He didn't read through all the details. I mean, who would sit down and read through that lengthy thing?!

Plus that wasn't really the main concern at that moment. The main concern was getting to the Farmland before the government. If the government officials beat them to it, Alves couldn't even imagine what to think.
