Chapter 1980 Ticket to Boston

Josias enters the mansion and finds Hector pretending he is dusting the furniture in the foyer with a feather duster. It’s evident that the butler saw Josias arrive and wants to see the circus burn.

“Where is my wife, Hector?”

“Boss, madam is at the tennis club with friends. She must be here soon.”

Josias looks at his wristwatch, “It's already night, they must no longer be playing. Pack some of my bags, Hector. I need to travel urgently.”

“Immediately, sir.” Hector smiles slightly, imagining where the boss would go...

Josias goes to one of the little tables, finds paper and pen left over, and writes a note in hasty handwriting.

Afterward, he goes to the master suite to check what will be packed.

Moments later, Katherine arrives in a white shirt and shorts, indicating that she was at the aforementioned club. She was drying her sweat on a washcloth and there was a racket in her left hand.

“I’m here, people!”

J.J. addresses her, “Good evening, Mommy. Can we have dinner?”
