In the Teodoro Building lobby, Daniela and Pedro confront Hamilton about the delusions of wealth he harbors.

"Mr. Lombardi, I beg you to leave your daughter alone." Pedro approaches them both.

"What do you mean? I don't torment my daughter," Hamilton responds curtly.

"You torment her with this eternal conversation about her being emotionally involved with Felipe Mountain," Pedro complains, "He came here to make it clear that he doesn't want to commit, but you—"

Daniela gently interrupts Pedro, "Thank you for mentioning that, dear. So, father, was there really an embarrassing conversation here? Was it this chat that made Felipe raise the partition in the office?"

"Even Little Theo witnessed the conversation," Pedro replied.

Unbeknownst to them, Beto had already returned from outside and was listening to the conversation unseen.

Hamilton is a bit embarrassed, but not enough to give up his theory. "Daughter, I think you should take the opportunity to confess what's in your heart."
