CHAPTER 21

ABANDONED BY THE SYSTEM

The sun was shining high in the sky. It was already midday, and the streets were deserted.

Allen walked calmly on the road, heading towards his home.

He looked happy and had a good face, but was walking at a slow pace through the streets.

Allen had just finished his training session with Roland a few hours ago and was already on his way to his house.

He was thinking about the system seriously. For close to thirty hours, he had not yet heard from the system, and Allen was beginning to get worried, with the thought that the system had left him.

As Allen walked down the road, another thought occurred to him.

He was supposed to plan on how he was going to protect his identity and the system, and now that the system had not yet been activated, was the perfect time for him to do so.
