At first, he could shoot arrows and hit anything within 300 meters. But now the distance has been increased to 500 meters. Drake learned the advantages and disadvantages of wind, moisture, and atmospheric pressure.

So before shooting any target beyond 300 meters, the arrow would be affected by wind, moisture, and atmospheric pressure thus increasing the difficulty of hitting the target but now he could easily use them to his advantage as Drake somehow knew that if he shot any arrow then he could easily hit bull's eye within 500 meters radius.
