Adalyn gazed at the pithead as if she was trying to reminisce. “Adalyn, are you deaf?” Dickson said and knocked Adalyn’s head. Adalyn was pained, she grimaced and said, “I am sorry, sir. I know only one Louise.”

“Good. How are you related to this Louise?” Charles said. “He is my ex-husband and he is dead,” Adalyn said grimly. “How did he die?” Charles said.

“I don’t know how he died; the only thing I know is that me and my late daughter walked into his room and saw his corpse under our matrimonial bed,” Adalyn said grimly. “Before that, did he have any grudge against anyone?” Charles said.

Adalyn scratched her head and couldn’t say a word. “Are you deaf?” Logan screamed. “I am sorry, I was trying to reminisce; I don’t think he had any grudge against anyone before he met his untimely death,” Adalyn said.
