Sam wandered around the hospital looking for information about patients who came after undergoing a transplant. Somehow the second-class hospital in the city became one of the hospitals with the highest number of similar patient arrivals among the others.

“What about his current condition? Can he be interviewed?” Sam asked the doctor on duty at the ER at that time, Dr Akmer, a dark-skinned man with a slightly grey beard on his chin. The doctor turned his head and looked at the emergency room for a moment.

"That kid? I don't know if he wants to be asked by the police or not, because he looks so secretive. He doesn't even tell who he donated his kidney to, he doesn't have any family or friends we can ask.”

Sam frowned.

“Then, can I see his stuff? Clothes, shoes, or, cell phones?” Sam asked, he knew it was impossible for him to do without a warrant. But considering the young man was alone with no family or guardian, he could ask him directly when he regained consciousness.
