Pieces of the Past
Dakota's tightly closed eyelids moved as if experiencing a dream that had emerged from his subconscious.

"Mommy!"

A gentle gust of wind passed behind his head. The sweet smell of baked chocolate cake, mixed with the smell of lilies that will never be forgotten. The smell that evokes all the beautiful memories that soothe the soul.

The white curtains waved far away, a warm breeze blowing along the second floor of the large whitewashed building. From the balcony on the floor, a woman standing at the end hall opened her arms wide to welcome a small child who ran into her arms.

"Oh, my little Prince is home"

The woman lifted the little boy's body, embraced him and turned around.

“Hehehehe sweet boy, what did you learn today?”

The smell of his mother's comfortable body. The warmth of her body and her beautiful smile that shone behind the bright and gentle sunlight. The sweet laughter of a small child with his little hands playing with his mother's long curly and fragrant hair.
