From what Erw tracked all night during the live broadcast, the website address where the live broadcast was spotted outside the city, to be precise in a very quiet office building near the city of Cyan, a small industrial city around Bayward.

Sam and the team were already outside the building, ready to rush in and explore the contents of the office building, located quite far from civilization. Erw had observed from the street surveillance cameras surrounding the three-story office that a group of people, possibly network members, were gathering near the office block. However, due to the distance, Erw hesitated to confirm the exact number of individuals present.
