Edgar observed the intense gaze between the two, it felt like they were involved in some kind of nonverbal communication. He focused on Zora who looked like she battled with some regrets within her as she looked at Earl, then he moved his focus to Earl who stared unwaveringly at her, his eyes bore a tacit of hurt in it and annoyance. Edgar had just returned from the council's meeting, it was obvious from everything that had been discussed that there was much work to be done from now on, the king had suspended every preparation for the forthcoming events because Elnora was missing as at the time but knowing how much Elnora valued such events it was impossible to cancel for the year.
