After Dr Phill left the accident and emergency ward, he headed straight to the records and accounting unit of the City Royals Hospital to get discharge clearance for Olivia.

Charles is the young master of Walker's dynasty and City Royals Hospital is one of their numerous properties. Getting discharge clearance from the accounting and records unit of the hospital for Olivia was a very simple task as she was Charles' wife.

Even before Dr Phill got to the accounting department, the person in charge of the unit had already prepared a signed clearance ahead of his coming as the accountant had received a forward instruction from Edison Hall to prepare and sign the clearance before she would come demanding for it.
