The waitress turned her back to know was calling for her attention when she first heard the call but got disappointed after she found out that it was Charles.

Charles was wearing his color - faded lacoste polo on jean trousers with a lagged slippers. He looked like an environmental worker who had just come to pack some trash from Coldra Court Hotel.

When the waitress saw that it was Charles who called for her attention, she ignored him. Instead of coming to attend to them, she went to welcome Mr Floyd and his family and greeted them respectfully, “Good evening Sir! Good madam! Good evening Miss! You're welcome to Coldra Court Hotel!”

Glancing at the membership cards in their hands, she said politely, “Oh, you're our respected guests. You're our silver bird customers, please follow me.”

Then she turned to lead them to the exclusive rooms where silver birds customers were being attended while they followed her.

As they turned to follow the waitress lead to their reserved exclusive room,
