For the second time in less than two days, Chris woke up with a splitting headache. He squinted at the bright light from above and in the distance, he could hear some faint voices. It seemed more like someone was calling his name.

Where was he? Was he dead already?

Chris opened his eyes fully, as he tried to adjust to the bright light and when he looked up, he saw his father staring down at him. There was a look of worry on his face and beside him was a middle aged man on a white coat.

Chris guessed immediately that they were in a hospital. But why were they there? Had anything happened to him?

Slowly, his brain started replaying the events of the previous hours for him, and Chris remembered everything that had happened. His uncle, who was the Black Spider, had killed Monica and knocked him out. Since his father was standing before him now, it could only mean one thing - he had saved him from his uncle.
