They went into sub dungeon, cleared them, searching for the pass token which they were unfortunate enough not to find after clearing three. Sub dungeon is a common slang used by players in this game to refer to a spot where there is more than one monster to kill. It could have been called a dungeon if it has it's own boss, but unfortunately they don't and most id them are always on equal strength level. After clearing all the sub dungeon, thy finally found the pass, the other players were jealous but unlike the ones on the lower floor this ones negotiated with them and offered in-game coins to pay for it.
