The Elf King sat pompously on his grandiose throne as one of his trusty guards whispered something in his ears.“Your Majesty, there’s someone who wants to see you.”At first, the king didn’t want to meet whomever his guard meant, but it seemed like this person has something important to say, or show. With a long and heavy sigh, the Elf King then ordered his guards to open the doors and let the man in.As the doors swung to their side, he saw Alex step into the room with confidence and brought something that seemed familiar in his right hand. Behind him is Stella, the banished female elf. The light from chandeliers above the room reflected on the silver bow the young man brought in. Alex kneeled as he put the Elvenian silver bow down in front of the Elf King’s throne.“What brings you here, thief?!” the old king spoke in a disinterested manner as he lifted his leg to the throne. He stared at Alex with a scorned look in his eyes at first, but now he glanced at Stella in the same way. “
Alex and his group walked further from the Elf Kingdom’s grand and majestic gate. They were not planning to return home, but for another quest. Realizing that the situation was safe now, Alex signed the others to gather around behind a bush and discussed what to do after this. They formed a circle and the conversation started as Alex laid out the map.“We have the Randaelwiz flower now,” he said in an optimistic tone, showing the pocket to his non-human friends. “now we’re heading to that valley where the dwarf ring was dropped. Germio, do you remember where is it?”The dwarf looked more enthusiastic than ever, he responded quickly and pointed at a valley on the map, “yes, yes! It was on this valley, just outside the Dwarf Village”“Great! It takes less than one day to get there,” Alex estimated their next journey. “We should arrive there before night.”Stella chuckled after hearing Alex’s answer. “We? Are we all going there?”The human raised his eyebrow and looked at the elf, “yes,
“Are we there yet?” complained Stella as her frail legs kept climbing the valley up. “Sigh, my feet hurt.”After succesfully seized the ring that Gremio dropped long time ago, the group started to make their way up. But it seemed the hunt really took its toll on them.“All those footwork must leave you exhausted, m’lady!” concluded Salieri. “Let me check your thighs, it must be swollen by now!”Without even waiting for Stella’s approval, Salieri sneakily creeped closer to Stella, giving no chance for the elf to react.“EWWW! GROSS! GET AWAY!” shrieked Stella when Salieri touched her appetizing white legs. The bard ignored Stella’s scream, but a thwack from Stella’s bow was enough to send him a warning.“Ouchie, I just want to help, that’s all,” gruntled Salieri while rubbing his head.“Nobody asked!” cut Stella short. “That counted as sexual harassment, you know!”Rasheed shook his head to see their antics. He saw that scene numerous times but still he just couldn’t get accustomed to
The group found themselves in a pinch as their powerhouse was influenced by the ring’s negative effect. Alex, as always, decided that a boost would prove useful at nearly every situation, and this incident was no exception.“Sal, play him some of your relaxing tune!” ordered Alex decisively.“Perdon, Senor. As much as I would love to, but my beloved ukulele fell victim to Stella’s lovely stomps,” apologized Salieri, quickly met with another stomp of Stella, causing him to writhe in pain, and pleasure as well, judging from his creepy expression.“Well, excuse me for teaching you a lesson you won’t forget!” stated Stella. “I shall make it up by snatching the ring in that midget’s pouch! Hero and Giant, cover me!”After the elf finished her words, she dashed to join in the fray. Gremio who went berserk took her presence as another nuisance.“So, even you has been swallowed by greed as well, huh?” yelled Gremio as he swung his heavy axe. “You
“Ugh, as usual that chief of mine really took his sweet time!” grumbled Gremio who grew impatient of hiding his dwarf self under the cloak Stella lent him. “This robe reeked of elf’s stench, I couldn’t bear it!”At first, Gremio rejected the idea of borrowing Stella’s robe for his disguise. Stella also disagreed hardly, but upon being promised that it wouldn’t take long by Alex, both party accepted the temporary decision.“Senor, you should be grateful!” advised Salieri jealously. “I would kill to get my hands on that cloak!”“I figure, your obsession to that cheeky elf knows no bound,” remarked Gremio. “Look, since we’re being watched, I would refrain from any debate with you, no matter how much I want to rebuke you!”“Why should I hide myself after all? Al, you owe me an explanation!” continued Gremio.“Grem, this is an event worth of celebration, and you’re the main star of the show!” reasoned Alex. “And the star deserves a flashy entr
As Alex started to doubt the credibility of the ring, Lucius approached him.“Sir Hero, is that what I think it is?” asked Lucius, confirming the ring Alex pulled out of his pouch.“Well, you tell me! What do you think it is?” replied Alex nervously. He sweated bullets to find out the villagers were not as enthusiastic as he expected.“Our village’s sacred treasure, the ring that Earth Goddess bestowed upon us,” answered Opa.“Ding dong! 100 points for Gryffindor!” shouted Alex in response to Opa’s answer. “Uh, I mean 100 points for Opa!”The dwarves started to make some noise, still couldn’t believe the long-lost ring had now returned to the place it was supposed to be.“Erde Ring, Erde Ring is here!” yelled Lucius. “My brethrens, rejoice! The day we have been praying for is finally here!”Realizing it was no longer a dream, the crowds cheered in unison. The joy was painted well in their expression. The youths were danc
“What do you say, Opa?” Alex could not wait any longer to hear the respond from the Dwarf Chief. He hoped that his plan to build a big mana tower would come true. However, the unusual yet uncomfortable silent drew out from the dwarves even though they were in the middle of a feast. After a deep breath, the village chief finally spoke up, “Listen fellas, we would be happy to grant your wish. But, we have been mining for years and we rarely found any mana stones as we keep digging at our mines.” Lucius stared at the Hero while frowning his eyebrows. “There is no way we can help you with that request. Sorry for that. However, we have lots kind of minerals that you might find it valuable. Besides some ores, silvers, golds, we also have the radiant gemstones. Unless you wanna change your minds, eh?”Saliery was enjoying his festive meal. But when he heard about the gemstones, he could not help it but to feel excited. He rushed closer to Alex and begged him, “Senor! Gemstones sounds so inte
Rasheed, Stella, and Saliery already fell asleep. Most of the dwarves were also having their peaceful night.Alex was still awake and he was still drunk. He moved closer to a short figure that sat on a wooden bench in the edge of the village.“Germio, you don’t sleep?” Alex sat next to Germio. His tone was waving because of his drunken state.Germio took a glance a little to Alex when the Hero aproached him. He's not as drunk as Alex, so he can still maintain his composure. But the dwarf can't bear feels melancholic after all he been through. So, he took advantage of Alex's drunkness and start to pour his heart out. Germio just want to express his gratitude, but also hope Alex Will forget his melancholic charrade after sobering up tomorrow.“Alex, thank you for helping me reunite with my fellow friends.” Germio suddenly opened up his heart. He felt very grateful. Alex’s existence has lit up a big hope within Germio.“Ohh really?
