"Damien... you're scaring me."

He called Jada who was still staring at Elisa who had just used the door. Elisa had a lot of questions in her face, but she couldn't give life to them.

Jada herself could had wondered about the sudden change of Damien's mind but then realised that she had herself to worry about.

At that moment, she couldn't tell why Damien wanted to be left alone with her. She was already scared and cautious around him even with people around. But now that she was the only one, she had no idea what to feel.

Realising that Damien wasn't going to repeat himself, she got up and walked to where he had nodded her to seat. She settled in.

Damien took down the window hanging in the air. It seemed as though he was already done with it.

"Why did you lose your spirit?"
