"Did y'all receive Jada's message just now?"

Lisa was the first to break the silence. Most of the girls stopped what they were doing and began to gather around Lisa who had called for their attentions. And there were few of them like Claire, Mira and Allison packing their bags.

"What is it? I haven't checked my phone."

Tendzel was quite interested. As soon as she brought up her phone, the rest of the girls did the same and in the blink of an eye, everyone was fumbling through her phone.

Point in time, all of them looked away from their phones as though it was premeditated. As though they had all agreed to do that at that point in time.

Each girl looked from one person to another. There was a wave of disbelief which had just swept across their faces. While some ended up dropping their gazes on Lisa, the rest looked back to their phones as though they were having a hard time making a meaning of whatever they had just read.

"It can't be real."

Tendzel finally exclaimed. Her eyes gave
