The nanny sobbed as she explained that she was cleaning the windows and accidentally dropped a glass.

"Windows? Which windows? There's a wall right behind you along with shattered glass and you're telling me you were cleaning windows?!" Vincent tried his best to be calm despite having the worst day of his life.
