Chapter Eighty One: Forgetfulness

Mr. Stark opened his eyes slowly as he gasped for air. At first everything was blurry and he couldn't make out what he was seeing. Thus he closed his eyes and opened them again.

The whole place looked like an abandoned city devoid of living people. The houses were very old looking and dilapidated, the vehicles covered in rust. Scraggly grasses ran across the tarred road which was broken with weathering. The most horrifying thing about this city was that everything was covered in redness. Even the sky wasn't left out as a fog of redness stretched across it like draperies.

Where am I? Mr. Stark asked himself as he stood up slowly. Ouch, my head hurts! he grabbed his head and staggered a few times before regaining his balance.

He tried remembering what had happened earlier but his memory felt disoriented. He couldn't remember a thing that had happened.
