Chapter Eighty Six: "Crimson and Furs"

A few moments ago Daniel and his friend, Orpheus alongside Caroline had been trying to stop Mistress from completing the main ritual but now he had found himself at moving at insane speeds through pure whiteness. He couldn't tell if it was his eyes or the place where he was traversing through was made up of pure whiteness but whatever feeling he got, it wasn't pleasant. Most times he would feel his skin tearing, blood oozing out like a stream of water. The pain that came with it, although normal humans couldn't endure it, he could endure it without twisting his face.

For what seemed like hours Daniel kept on being propelled through the pure whiteness till finally everything became dark and very silent, including his heartbeat.

Am I dead? he thought within himself as he tried using the blood ability Bloody Mary had gifted him. He felt a liquid all over his body and confirmed that he could still use the ability. But I still don't know if I'm still alive.

Soon the blackness which filled
