The morning sky was still shrouded in a light mist when Ren Tian stood at the Crescent Moon Sect's outer gate. Beside him, Lin Yue was wearing a dark blue colored traveling robe, her eyes shining with excitement.

"Are you sure we'll find something in that Ancient City?" asked Lin Yue while examining the old map scroll they got from Master Shen.

Ren Tian nodded slowly. "If Teacher Shen's story is true, then the Ancient City holds more than just artifacts. Perhaps we can uncover the origin of the Blood God."

Behind them, four specially selected sect members prepared to secure the journey. Two of them were elite disciples, Fei Zhong and Mei Lan, who had sworn loyalty to Ren Tian after witnessing his strength in the last training.
