Blood Searing Flame

In the altar, the crimson-red flame was burning brightly and violently. The surrounding spiritual qi was used as its nourishment to sustain the crimson red flame’s life. Otherwise, the crimson red flame would weaken over time and degrade into spiritual flame, and eventually be extinguished.

Using his Eyes of Heaven, Wushu Shengli found out that the crimson red flame was called the “Blood Searing Flame”.

Compared to most heavenly flames, the Blood Searing Flame was weak and could barely complete with higher quality heavenly flames. But, the Blood Searing Flame was worthy of its grade as a heavenly flame since it was unmatched against flames of lower quality than it such as spiritual flames.

In other words, Wushu Shengli’s efforts weren’t in vain since obtaining and using the Blood Searing Flame was better than creating his own spiritual flame. At least, the Blood Searing Flame could be used temporarily until he managed to obtain a higher quality heavenly flame from his cultivation sign
