Only cultivators at Core Formation Realm could use the sword-flying technique. Although, there were instances where Qi Refining Realm cultivators could use their spiritual Qi to use the sword flying technique.

As for those that could fly, only cultivators at the Virtuoso Realm could use their spiritual Qi fly without the use of a sword or any artifact.

After arriving above the inner courtyard, Wushu Shengli descended to the inner elder’s yard. Elder Sword was the main elder in the inner courtyard so after seeing Shengli, he gave Shengli the permit to enter the inner courtyard.

Usually, it wasn’t that needed to see an elder to receive their permit for entering another yard. But the Transcendence Sect was currently on the move on eradicating spies from other sects and forces so it was implemented before.

After receiving Elder Sword’s permit, Shengli strolled around the inner courtyard after receiving Luo Tian’s address from Elder Sword.

Yes, that was the main reason why Shengli asked for Elder Sword’s permit. As a Lead Disciple, Shengli didn’t need to ask for any elder’s permit whenever he entered the sect yards. His purpose was to ask for Luo Tian’s address and since he met with Elder Sword, he might as well ask for the elder’s permit.

The inner courtyard was filled with disciples at Qi Refining Ninth Stage and above. The strongest was at Golden Core Ninth Stage.

In other words, Shengli was invincible in the inner sect courtyard as long as the elders doesn’t intervene. Also, Shengli didn’t hide his cultivation base so whenever he encountered an inner disciple, they would be wary of him.

Shengli’s cultivation base was the required cultivation base for a core disciple. And usually, the required cultivation base for a Lead Disciple was at Virtuoso Realm but Shengli was exempted from that requirement due to his monstrous cultivation talent as well as the fact that the sect master personally took Shengli as his disciple.

While Shengli was walking toward the direction where Luo Tian’s house was located, he noticed that there was a commotion in the inner courtyard.

With his interest being piqued, Wushu Shengli headed to the crowd.

A group of yellow-robed teenagers was surrounding another yellow-robed teenager. The yellow-colored robe was the symbol of their status as an inner sect disciple but the crowd that had gathered knew that even with that status, that didn’t prevent the group of inner disciples from bullying another inner disciple.

Six inner disciples were bullying a brown-haired inner disciple. What was eye-catching from this scene was the brown-haired inner disciple tightly holding a white-colored pill bottle as if his life depended on it.

The leader of the inner sect disciple group stepped out and walked towards the brown-haired inner sect disciple while crossing his hands and placing them near his chest. A clear look of disdain was expressed on the gang leader’s face.

“Luo Tian, didn’t Elder Sword give you a core formation pill? Hand it over! It’s mine!”

The gang leader’s words only made Luo Tian’s face darken.

“Elder Sword gave it to me, not to you. Why should I give it to you? I need this for my cultivation breakthrough.”

Luo Tian spat out those words and gritted his teeth.

Hearing Luo Tian’s words, Da Zei, the infamous gang leader of the inner sect courtyard, ruthlessly kicked Luo Tian in his stomach.

Luo Tian was still at Qi Refining Ninth Stage so a kick from a Core Formation Ninth Stage cultivator was too much for him. He wasn’t a body cultivator so when he was kicked by Da Zei, he could hardly breathe as he clutched his stomach in pain.

“The core formation pill will only be wasted by weaklings like you. So contribute to the sect by giving it to me and letting me become a powerful cultivator for the sect.”

Deciding not to talk to a weakling like Luo Tian, Da Zei immediately snatched the pill bottle in Luo Tian’s hand using his spiritual Qi.

Luo Tian's present state couldn’t grip the pill bottle tightly unlike before he was kicked by Da Zei, which allowed Da Zei to easily steal the pill bottle from Luo Tian’s hands.

“Sigh, why did the newbie stubbornly resist Da Zei for nothing? Even we are stronger than the newbie yet we dare not offend Da Zei.”

“With the core formation pills that Da Zei had stolen from other newbies, it should be enough for him to break through and attain Golden Core Realm.”

“Should we take the core formation pills from him? If he becomes a Golden Core cultivator, us Core Formation cultivators won’t be able to resist his tyranny.”

The onlookers gathered and spoke about Luo Tian yet none of them dared to help him. Even if they wanted to help him, none of them were powerful enough to defeat Da Zei.

While they were hesitating whether to gang up on Da Zei and his underlings or not, an overbearing Qi pressure was released which restrained not only the onlookers but the Da Zei and his underlings.

All of them were kneeling on the ground while some had already passed out. To their surprise, Luo Tian wasn’t affected by the Qi pressure. But before they could find the source of the Qi pressure, they heard a tyrannical voice filled with majesty.
