The young master stumbled backwards in shock, his eyes filled with disbelief as he looked at the seemingly indestructible Zhang Xuan.

It was at this moment that the truth finally dawned on him – that he had severely underestimated Zhang Xuan and had made a grave mistake in trying to harm him. And now, there was nothing left for him but regret.

But as the saying goes, it was too late for tears. His defeat and humiliation were complete – there would be no coming back from this, no redemption to be found. No one could take away the shame and despair that he felt in this moment.

At last, the young master broke down, his fragile heart shattered by the immense pressure and stress that had built up in his mind. He wept bitterly as he buried his face in his hands, struggling to cope with the despair and devastation that loomed over him.

"You are so strong...How!! How!!!"

"It's too late to ask that now, young master. You have lost, and there is no point in making excuses. Just like a real man, move on with your life," Zhang Xuan replied calmly. Despite the young master's pitiful state, he knew better than to show any mercy. The young master turned out to be even weaker than he had originally thought. The sight of him crumpled on the floor filled him with pity.

The young master's body trembled uncontrollably as he struggled to comprehend what had happened. He had always been the one in control, the one who dictated the pace of things. But now, he was nothing more than a pathetic little puppet, dancing on Zhang Xuan's strings.

It was humiliating, absolutely humiliating.

He had never felt such humiliation before, not even when he was younger and everyone used to laugh at him for being the son of a lowly servant. This was a different kind of humiliation, one that made him feel as though he didn't deserve to live.

As Zhang Xuan's words echoed in his mind, the young master's eyes turned bloodshot. He wanted nothing more than to tear Zhang Xuan apart, but he knew that he wouldn't be able to do so.

Eventually, the young master managed to regain some semblance of composure and lifted his tear-streaked face to look at Zhang Xuan once more. There was hatred in his eyes, but also fear and respect. "I... I surrender."

"Very well," Zhang Xuan replied with a nod before turning around and walking away without another glance at the young master.

The young master's heart felt as though it had been stabbed by a thousand knives as he watched Zhang Xuan's retreating figure. He wanted nothing more than to rush forward and exact his revenge, but his legs refused to budge. It was as if they were frozen in place.

He had lost... He had really lost...

"I'll never let you get away with this! I'll make you regret the day you ever crossed paths with me!" the young master swore through gritted teeth as he glared at Zhang Xuan who no longer acknowledged his presence.

The young man's face was pale from the shock he had just received. He took in a few deep breaths in an attempt to calm his racing heart.

After a moment, his lips curled up in a cold grin.

"You think you can get away so easily? I'll let you have the time to celebrate now, but I'll make you pay later! For now, I will play the mouse!"

Zhang Xuan meanwhile, couldn't believe the turn of events that led him here. All he had wanted to do was rent a simple apartment building!

"To do such simple things, I must watch out for more ridiculous young masters!" Zhang Xuan ignored the body guards of the young master, who awkwardly stood in the room despite their master's defeat. The land lord sized up Zhang Xuan, hoping to not incur his wrath.

"H-Hello sir, you wanted to rent a room right?" The landlord said to Zhang Xuan, who had an idea suddenly spring to him.

He turned to face the young master, a suddenly evil grin on his face.

"If that bastard wants to be shameless to me, then shameless to him I shall be back!"

He was lucky to have not been beaten by Zhang Xuan, who had more than the ability to strike him down! Zhang Xuan moved over to the young master, who was currently preparing to slip away.

He was lucky to have not been beaten by Zhang Xuan, who had more than the ability to strike him down! Zhang Xuan moved over to the young master, who was currently preparing to slip away.

"Where do you think you're going young master? Don't forget that I still need to collect on my rent," he said with a sly grin.

The young master's face paled and his body went rigid. He knew that he had lost, but it was still too humiliating to admit defeat in front of everyone.

"You..." the young master spluttered, unable to find the right words to say. Giving up was one thing, but being defeated so completely was another matter altogether.

But Zhang Xuan remained unaffected by his futile attempts at protest and continued walking towards him menacingly.

"Don't even think about getting away!" Zhang Xuan shouted, his powerful voice making the young master stop as if frozen.

The young master knew that he was no match for Zhang Xuan, and his terror only increased as the other man drew ever closer.

The air around them crackled with tension, as if electricity was constantly building up in the atmosphere.

Zhang Xuan's eyes shone with a ruthless gleam, a cold smirk playing on his lips. He exuded an aura of absolute power, making it clear to all that he was not someone to be trifled with.

But despite all this, the young master could do nothing but cower in fear at the mighty Zhan Xuan's approach. The dark feeling of hopelessness and despair deepened within him until he could barely breathe from the sheer weight of it all.

"Heh, how does it feel to be on the receiving end?" Zhang Xuan thought with a dark smirk as he watched the suffering look on the young master's face. He enjoyed being at the top of the food chain for once and relished every second of it.

His past self had been so weak, careless and vulnerable. He had been in this position so many times in the past. Now, he wouldn't let anyone push him again! Finally able to take revenge for all the suffering he had experienced in the past, Zhang Xuan exulted in his newfound strength and savored

Zhang Xuan had started off as a weak and pathetic boy, bullied and looked down on by everyone around him. Now, no matter who stood in his way or how strong they were, Zhang Xuan would not let them win. He would fight with everything he had until the bitter end and emerge triumphant.

The young master pleaded with Zhang Xuan one last time.

"Please, my wallet! You can't take my money, I worked hard for that!!!"

But it was all for naught. There was a steely glint in Zhang Xuan's eyes, and the young master knew that he would not yield easily on this matter.

"Fine," the young master huffed in resignation. "I'll buy the apartment building and give you the deed. Happy?" The young master huffed again with frustration, Zhang Xuan smiling at him.

"Oh yes I'm quite happy, but we're not done there."

Zhang Xuan pointed to the landlord.

"You are going to apologize to him for how you acted."

The young master flared up with anger and frustration, then reluctantly approached the land lord and apologized to him.

"S-S-sorry..." He said in a low voice.

Zhang Xuan mockingly held his hand to his ear, "What I can't hear you. Louder!"

The young master bit his tongue nearly, before apologizing again.

"I said I'm sorry! I'm a dog, a loser! I'm sorry!!!!!" The young master screamed loudly, getting on his knees and bowing down in submission to the landlord.

Zhang Xuan nodded with satisfaction, "Okay young master bastard, now provide the money!"

After a few minutes, the transaction was done. Zhang Xuan had now succeeded in securing not only an apartment, but an apartment building as well!

The store clerk pointed, opening the door to the back room. The back room was large and cavernous, with old and musty furniture stacked haphazardly throughout the space. Cobwebs hung from the corners of the ceiling, and dust had settled thickly on many of the items in the room. He wanted to stay longer, but there were more important things to take care of. "It's only been a few days, and I've awakened to such power. I almost forgot the apocalypse was going to happen!"
