As they drew closer, the sounds of screaming grew louder. By the time they reached the city, they saw a huge crowd of zombies, many moving in large groups.“There they are,” Bali pointed to a group of several dozen people fighting off zombies while others ran to get help.“Let’s go”* * *They made it safely to the barricade without any issues and hid until the coast was clear. The soldier then turned around and kicked the other man in the shin, sending him flying onto the floor, clutching his leg in pain.He looked over to see the stranger, holding onto the soldier with surprising strength. The soldier glared, but he still let go as the stranger released his hold on him, letting him fall to the floor. He quickly turned around and rushed to his men who were struggling with the injured man who was now moaning in pain on the floor. He kneeled down beside the patient and placed the mask onto the man's face.When everything seemed ready, the soldier motioned for the others to grab the man and lift him into the truck, but as they moved to do so, one of them noticed something odd, as soon as they touched the man, the skin changed colour, changing from white and grey, to red, then to black. “Well then, it seems like everything worked out perfectly” Shiro sighedThey began to talk about everything that happened that night, starting from the moment the stranger appeared to the attack by the monsters. At first he was worried, but after talking to the others, the feeling of concern subsided a bit. Eric, in the meantime, was laying on his back on the dirty ground. His head rested on a piece of wood that was laying beside him, and he could feel that he had lost consciousness. He looks around the dusty town with his eyes closed. The last thing he remembers hearing was the bell ring loudly as a warning signal of the approaching danger, but the bells didn't stop ringing.Eric opens his eyes and finds himself on the floor. The sun was still shining brightly outside. Looking back into the hotel room, he sees Devian talking with Devon.Looking at Devian, Eric realizes the latter is looking at a window. Eric follows his direction and notices the same blackness as before covering the streets with darkness, except for the buildings of the town that was still lit up. Then suddenly the world around him begins to change. Instead of being in the same dusty town with its same grey and dirty sky, he now stands in a grassy clearing that is covered in white clouds.Then Eric realizes that the su
