DEAD ERA- Afterworld Battle of the buggyman
Justin immediately pulls Liz toward him and moves behind her. He raises one of the handguns. A bullet flies toward the Buggyman zombie and hits his shoulder blade causing it to let go of the axe and fall backward. The buggyman rises to its feet swinging its axe towards them.They all ran as fast as they could away from the monster. The Buggyman walks slowly towards them. It swings the axe and misses by a long shot, causing sparks to fly through the air. Then he uses his other hand to pull out the pistol from a holster on his belt and aims, firing the gun multiple times. The bullets strike the monster several times causing it to stagger backwards. Justin fires another few rounds, watching closely in case he gets shot. Once the Buggyman has regained its balance, it jumps at Justin. Justin fires another few shots but missed the second time, the Buggyman slams its hands onto Justin causing him to drop his weapons. He falls to the floor and rolls aside, the Buggyman follows and tackles

The stranger wakes up to see himself hung on the ceiling. His entire body hurts, and his wrists ache. He looks at the restraints around his wrists and ankles, they hold him securely to the roof. His legs are tied together using a rope. He tries to pull on the ropes but it doesn't budge. He tries again, but the rope remains attached to the top of the ceiling. He starts screaming and shouting profanities. He stops when he sees Dead Man enter the shack and walk to a spot beside him. He grabs his chin roughly and tilts it upward until their eyes meet. Dead Man could be seen riding his horse, he ignores the number of Zombies he passed. His full attention is getting Jade, alive or dead in return for his Farmhouse. He rushed down the abandoned road, towards a little town. The town used to have more people living there but with the rise of zombies, they all fled leaving behind nothing but the ruins of their houses. They had been left untouched until today, and they were now on the verge of dying from the lack of food.He rode through town, ignoring the shouts from the zombies close by, he just continued to ride on. The voices of people echoed in the bar while they celebrate their food feast, then the door opens to reveal the figure of a man.He wore an old black coat and a mask that covered his entire face except for his eyes, which were covered by the same black mask he wore when going out on his missions.The group of people at the table looked up but said nothing, just continued eating. The stranger took a seat near them and asked if anyone wanted anything to drink. “Okay, I need to grab something out of my backpack. Stay with me, Roy. Please!” he says while walking towards the tree and pulling out one of the many bags he’s carried around. He opens the bag and begins rummaging through it once again. Then he finds what he was looking for: a small box with a few bottles of liquid inside. He quickly runs back to Roy and kneels next to him as fast as he possibly could without losing balance. “We have to get you into my tent, alright? It’s our only chance.” He places the first bottle of saline on the ground and takes the box out of his pocket, opens it, and puts a couple of pills in his mouth. Roy watches the man drink the water in his mouth and then spit it out immediately, almost choking on it as he continues to look for the proper medication. Roy could hear whispers then he opens his eyes to find himself being pulled across the hallway toward the exit that shone a bright light on his face. His body is hanging loosely from the straps of a chair. He groans slightly as he feels every movement his body makes as he is dragged across the smooth surface of the floor. He tries opening his eyes again, but he sees nothing except darkness for miles and miles. Then something hits him across the face hard. Pain shoots through his right cheek, making him close his eyes again. Then another blow. And another. Roy wakes up to find himself floating by the side of the river all drained and wet with some glass pierced right into his stomach. His whole body feels like it’s on fire, from the waist down. The pain radiates throughout his entire body, not just his abdomen but his entire arm and leg are covered in blood. He tries to move his hand, but he can barely budge at all. A dull ache pulses through his head as well. As he stares into the dark water he notices the faint glow coming off of its surface of it, the reflection of moonlight against the dark green water. The next morning Roy wakes up from bed feeling normal, strong, and healthy. He walks out of the tent only to see several soldiers and officers walking around the area. They were dressed in uniforms, and all seemed very busy.Roy notices a woman standing near the tent. She is talking animatedly to someone who is standing behind a wooden bench. As he gets closer he recognizes the woman. She’s wearing a blue dress, and she’s chatting away with one of the guards in Arabic, both of them laughing together while pointing to something in their hands. One of the guards places a hand on the woman’s hip, and they share another laugh while leaning into each other's embrace and resting against each other for a short moment, which ends in them embracing fully.
